DIRTY HANDS TRICK THAT WORKS
There have been many times that I have been working in my yard and get my hands soiled with dirt or worked on my automobile and came away with black grease covering my hands and did not know how to get them clean again.
I discovered the secret one day at the end of the day and started to wash my hands with warm water as usual and discovered that there was no hot water. I thought that I would clean them as good as I could and complete the job when I reached home. I lathered my hands and turned on the cold water and behold the soap and cold water melted the black grease off my hands.
I learned that dish detergent ” I prefer Dawn dish detergent” cleans and the cold water keeps the pores closed until the top layer of dirt or grease is removed and then I turn the warm/hot water opens the pores to remove the balance of the grime and your hands will be clean. Some time I tell people that have dirty hands to shake my hand and they say, I will get your hands dirty and I say, that’s OK, I will tell my wife that I have been working.

ODOR STILL ON HANDS AFTER WASHING
Do you still have strong odors on your hands after you wash them?
Some time after I fill-up my gas tank, peel onions or many other things that leave a strong odor on your hands after washing them, I have tried many things to remove the odor but nothing worked.
One day my wife came home after a day of shopping and told me to try this. Low and behold, she had been to the “BODY and Bath” store and had bought some of their hand soap and I tried it and it removed the strong odors that were left on my hands after I had washed them.
You need to try this the next time you have a strong odor on your hands that the first washing did not remove. Please let me know if it works as good for you as it did for me.
TEETH WHITE and CLEAN
Do you have a problem keeping your teeth white and clean?
I discovered a method that works for me.
I pour a bottle cap of Hydrogen Peroxide Solution to start. I use a cue tip and dip it in the solution and saturate my teeth with the solution. It will look like it is boiling. Keep them saturated until it stop boiling. Clean your gums at the same time, but don’t let it stay on to long to make your gums tender. The boiling will open the pores of your teeth and flush out the stains and whiten your teeth.
The next thing is to get baking soda, put some in your hand and moisten your tooth brush and dip it into the baking soda and brush your teeth to complete the cleaning. Your teeth should be clean and white after this process.

HOW TO STAY WARM IN COLD WEATHER
Do you have problem staying warm in cold weather?
In my younger days, I stayed cold in bad weather and I tried wearing “Long Johns” which I could not tolerate and I tried many things that did not work for me.
One day I received a jogging suit as a gift and I needed to go out side in the cold and rather than taking my jogging suit off, I put my regular clothes on top over the jogging suit and low and behold it worked perfect.
From that day since, I have used this plan to stay warm in cold weather.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR FEET WARM
I remember hearing that the people up north would carry brown shopping bags and put them over their shoes and feet at ball games and other places to keep their feet warm during the games. I never did try that, so, I don’t know if it will work or not.
What I have found that works for me is to wear white cotton work socks under your regular socks. They work for me and my feet does not get cold during cold weather.

YOUR HEAD IS MOST IMPORTANT
It is very important to control the temperature of your head in the hot and cold weather.
Your brain must stay at a controlled temperature to read the signals it receives from your body. Wear a hat or cap in hot and cold weather, because if your brain gets too hot or too cold, it can not read the signals your body is sending.
In hot weather, if your brain can read the signals, it will tell your body to produce sweat to cool your body down.
In cold weather, if your brain can read the signals, it will tell your body to shiver to make your blood circulate more to warm your body up.

TO CONTROL FIRE ANTS
Pour about 4 ounces of Dawn’s Dish Detergent ( I prefer the original blue ) in a gallon of water and mix well. Knock the top off of the mound to get them stirring and start out side the mound and pour the water all around the mound in circles into the mound and flood the mound with the water.
This should stop all the fire ants in that mound.

EASY TO PEEL FRUIT
Do you find that you peel much of the fruit off with the peeling?
Turn the fruit up to the bottom and cut an X across the bottom of Ripe Peach, Potato or Ripe Tomato and drop them in hot water for one minute and take them out and put in ice water and the peeling should slide off without leaving much of it on the peeling.

FLOOR CLEANER
To clean your floor and leave it smelling amazing, try this.
1 = Cup White Vinegar
1 = Tablespoon Liquid Soap
1 = Cup Baking Soda
2 = Gallons Tap Water, ( Very Warm )
This should leave everything clean and smelling Amazing.
TO KILL WEEDS
This will kill anything you spray it on. Be sure you want to kill it before you spray it.
1 = Gallon Vinegar
2 = Cups Epson Salt
1/4 cup Dawn Dish Soap ( The Blue Original )
It will kill anything you spray it on.
Just mix and spray in the morning after the dew has evaporated.
Wait until after lunch and the weeds are gone.
It is less expensive than anything else you can buy.
